The measurement range has been significantly improved.
IM-XC100TL (Large Stage)
We are pleased to announce the introduction of the new **IM-XC100TL (Large Stage Type)** as a successor to our previously used **KEYENCE IM-8030T**.
■ Significantly Expanded Measurement Range for Higher Efficiency
By adopting a large stage, we have achieved a **measurement range (500W x 400D x 200H)**.
Compared to the previous model, it is now possible to measure larger workpieces and multiple workpieces simultaneously, significantly improving inspection efficiency.
■ Support for Three-Dimensional (3D) Measurement
In addition to conventional image measurement, it now supports three-dimensional (3D) measurement using a touch probe.
This enables precise measurement of complex shapes and height, further expanding the range of measurements.
■ Main Differences from the Previous Model (IM-8030T)
- Expanded size support due to larger measurement stage.
- Reduced work time due to increased measurement points and improved simultaneous measurement capability.
- Evolution from 2D to 3D measurement with touch probe support.
- Achieving a flexible inspection system capable of handling a wider variety of workpiece.
